Regent’s 2020 Alumnus of the Year is a triple-degree holder from Regent University, earning her Juris Doctor (LAW ‘90) and completing two master’s degrees the following year — one in public policy and the other in international cross-cultural communication.
Regent University’s Library Plaza, typically filled with thousands of students, faculty, parents, and loved ones sat empty. Instead, graduates from across the nation and around the world gathered around their computers, phones and tablets to stream their first-ever virtual graduation and Regent’s 40th Commencement.

“Writing I Have Walked With The Living God has been a very personal journey for me,” says Robertson. “Recounting the ways God has guided me, solidifies my certainty to say ‘He who causes everything to be’ has never failed me once. He is the anchor of my soul.”
Representing 18 states and accompanied by 169 parents and guardians, senior high school students competed throughout the three-day event for exclusive full and partial scholarships — the largest awards available to incoming Regent students — including the coveted Dean’s Scholarship (full four-year tuition, plus housing).
To help better prepare its students for successful careers, Regent University’s School of Business & Leadership (SBL) recently launched an Executive Mentor Program.
